La r\u00e9ponse est sans \u00e9quivoque : c&rsquo;est le DAF qui doit tenir les r\u00eanes de ce projet strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p>Cette affirmation repose sur une compr\u00e9hension fondamentale des enjeux. Une transformation Finance est d&rsquo;abord un projet m\u00e9tier qui r\u00e9invente comment la fonction Finance cr\u00e9e de la valeur pour l&rsquo;organisation. La technologie est un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur, non le moteur.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi le DAF est le pilote naturel<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Compr\u00e9hension des besoins m\u00e9tier :<\/strong> Le DAF ma\u00eetrise les d\u00e9fis financiers r\u00e9els de l&rsquo;organisation : la maturit\u00e9 du reporting, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le interne, la capacit\u00e9 pr\u00e9visionnelle et la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire. Cette expertise m\u00e9tier est irrempla\u00e7able.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alignement strat\u00e9gique :<\/strong> Les transformations financi\u00e8res servent des objectifs strat\u00e9giques sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque entreprise (croissance interne, acquisitions, restructurations, recherche de profitabilit\u00e9). Le DAF articule ces priorit\u00e9s mieux que quiconque.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gestion du changement organisationnel :<\/strong> La transformation Finance restructure les \u00e9quipes, red\u00e9finit les r\u00f4les et demande une appropriation des collaborateurs. Le DAF, l\u00e9gitime et respect\u00e9 par ses \u00e9quipes, porte mieux ce changement.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Une transformation Finance pilot\u00e9e par le DSI risque de prioriser la technologie sur la cr\u00e9ation de valeur m\u00e9tier. \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Le r\u00f4le essentiel du DSI en soutien<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;IT ne dirige pas, mais elle joue un r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique et indispensable : fournir l&rsquo;expertise technologique, proposer des architectures robustes, assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration avec les syst\u00e8mes existants. Le DSI est le partenaire du DAF, pas son concurrent.<\/p>\n<p>Cette distinction claire \u00e9limine les frictions organisationnelles et cr\u00e9e une gouvernance saine o\u00f9 chaque fonction apporte sa valeur propre.<\/p>\n<h2>La gouvernance optimale<\/h2>\n<p>Un comit\u00e9 de pilotage mixte, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le DAF, assure l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre : repr\u00e9sentation m\u00e9tier dominante (Finance, Contr\u00f4le, Tr\u00e9sorerie), soutien IT robuste et implication de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
